I have been to the C&S saloon @C9 Vasant Kunj number of times and every time I feel that they are better even than before. Neat & clean and hygienic sense of all staff make me impressed every time. Yes, slightly over-priced but now-a-days one always tend to change a little more for their services. They can offer discount 10%-20% to regular customers. But I will still go there at their current pricing because of comfort. Thanks.
