I got a Botox treatment for hair along with a haircut. This is the second time I was attended by my stylist, Sameer, and I am thrilled with the results — the treatment as well as the haircut. Sameer is extremely thorough and attentive throughout. He knows what he is doing and has a 'magical' touch, specially with haircut. Thanks a ton!

I loved their service - the waxing was painless & so was the threading. Kaveri was assigned to me and she was swift with the waxing but at the same time it did not cause any pain. The mani pedi service was good as well.

I am an old customer of the salon and had always had good experience I keep renewing the membership with them This time I had a very bad experience I had a balance of 4300 with them So I got my facial and head massage done The amount according to me was 4650 I expected a discount of 30% as I always do. But a fast of 18% was applicable Si the bill came to 5267 Bow I was informed that I will not get a discount of 30% as the bill had exceeded my balance I asked the concerned person that why a discount was not given. I assumed that the discount should be given before GST or if after GST the discount is applicable then I should be charged the amount after discount of 30 % It was quite embarrassing for me to talk about this but the person told me that I was arguing unnecessary whereas I was quite politely asking him regarding this system . I did get a little perturbed when the person was trying to be rude I told him that the amp u does not matter but I am not satisfied with this system Either the discount should be given before GST or the amount shild be charged after GST with 30 % discount I had to pay the complete amount without any discount on any of the services I feel this is misguiding the clients I might be wrong It’s for each one to decide on their own Thank you
