Despite a slight language barrier, he was incredibly patient in understanding exactly what I wanted. He took the time to listen, offered thoughtful suggestions, and explained everything clearly. I’m super satisfied with my haircut, and the global colour and highlights he did turned out beautifully. What impressed me most was his dedication — even though it was well past closing time, he never rushed and made sure I was 100% happy with the results. He truly exceeded my expectations.
